All our efforts are specially focused on the development of rural:women, children and youth who are deprived and considered as downtrodden segments, by promoting literacy & education, providing health & hygiene facilities, conducting capacity development trainings, extending micro credits awareness and creating seminars,workshops & meetings.

Lengths and breadths of entire Balochistan ranging from Lush green Juniper valley of Ziarat to Alluvial plains of Dera Murad Jamali , Barrenand Mighty rocks of Zhob to the verge of Arabian Sea in Gwadar
Our Aim is to coordinate the energies of qualified, young,energetic, motivated professionals,for improvement in the quality of life.And uplift of marginalized communities of Balochistan Through means of sustainabledevelopment.In line with this mission, community development and empowerment are integral part of our activities.NCBP, s multi faceted services encompass advocacy, MicroCredit & Enterprise Development, training Programme, tailored to targeted requirements for human resource development, serving as a resource center for dissemination of updated information in relevant areas through updated databases and policy briefs,holding of workshops as well as serving as a platform for civic action for positive change.

The 2008 Ziarat earthquake hit the Pakistani province of Balochistan

On 25th May 2016, NCBP in collaboration with FACES Pakistan, The meeting was concerning the project "Preserving Equal Citizenship in Pakistan" (PECP) BBSA, Quetta.
After the flood of 2010 in District Naseerabad AIM started working With us & funded for livestock & women empowerment in District Naseerabad, Baluchistan.
